Why isn't a discount code working at checkout?Updated 2 years ago

There are a few reasons why a code might not be working.

  1. Discount codes require that you enter your email address at checkout before it can successfully be applied.
  2. Discount codes are limited to one use per person/household and will not work if the same code has been used in the past. 
  3. Many of our codes are only valid for the first order of a subscription product and do not apply to one-time shipments, hardware and gifts. 
  4. Double check the spelling of the code. 
  5. Only one code can be used per order (codes cannot be stacked). Double check that the code you wish to use is applied at checkout.
