Hardware & Gifts:

If your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged, contact us at [email protected] or 206-780-5777 within 30 days of receiving your order and we will promptly make it right at no additional cost. We may ask for photos of damaged items in order to address any potential issues in the shipping process and avoid such mishaps in the future.

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help initiate your return. A prepaid return label can be sent directly to your email address and printed from the convenience of home. The actual return shipping costs will then be deducted from your total refund amount upon receipt of the returned item(s). All returns will be refunded to the original payment source. 

If you have any issues with your Storyville Hardware items after the 30-day return period, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help get your items back in perfect working order! 

 

Coffee & Food Products:

Due to the perishable nature of our granola, whole bean coffee, pods and capsules, we are unable to accept returns for these items. However, if there are any errors or issues with your order upon receiving it, please contact us at [email protected] or 206-780-5777 and we will be happy to help.
