When redeeming your reward, be sure to select the subscription option if you want to apply it to an upcoming subscription shipment. These are the only rewards that can be applied to established subscriptions.

Once you have your reward code copied, go to the "View your next order" page

Click "Add discount" and enter your copied Reward code here.
